Who is Marcel Vigneron?
Chef Marcel Vigneron was born on the 3rd of May, 1980, in Washington. Vigneron earned his degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in New York. While studying there, he met his best friend and fellow chef, Spike Mendelsohn. Years later, they both competed in season 5 of The Next Iron Chef.
As a culinary student, he also worked as a sous chef under Dwayne Lipuma of Ristorante Caterina de Medici. The school owned the restaurant. The hardworking Marcel also completed his degree in Hospitality Management at the Culinary Institute of America.
